OLD CONSTITUTIONAL / POLICY
On Thursday March 11, 2011the King's Players unanimously passed a new constitution by a vote of 26 for, 1 abstain.
This constitution was in effect until February 2013 when it was ammended.

THE PROVISIONAL CONSTITUTION
2010 PROVISIONAL CONSTITUTION OF THE KING'S PLAYERS
2010 FINANCIAL POLICES OF THE KING'S PLAYERS
Provisional constitution and its supporting documents were the official constitution of the club from April 2, 2010 until March 11, 2011. They were put in place to protect the KUCSC's invstment in the King's Players main production and allow for new programming to be built in the club. The constitution and supporting documents were put into effect by the VP Council at the time.

PRESIDENTIAL AGENDA OF THE KING'S PLAYERS
(VP Council Vote Passed, May 2010) Direction laid out following the election arrived at through consultation with the membership and approved by the VP Council. This document lays out the policy directions for the 2010-2011 season. The agenda was presented to the membership at the year end meeting.
